The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

- Cooperate promptly to enable timely service delivery
- Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials we provide
4. Payments
Payment terms are specified in individual Service Agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:
- Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice
- Late payments may incur a penalty as specified in your agreement
- We reserve the right to pause services for accounts with overdue payments
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, strategies, and deliverables created by CS Growth Lab remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for the agreed purpose.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
CS Growth Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
7. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation of services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the applicable jurisdiction.
